Castor Cup - Floor & Carpet Protector

20th Century : Large brass castor cup for protecting carpets or floors from scuff damage from castors and feet. 

External diam. 65mm. (2 9/16")

Note: Self-adhesive round felt pad discs can be purchased at most hardware shops.

Castor wheels can damage varnished floors or porcelain tiles, apart from being noisy. These castor cups provide an attractive character solution to scuffing, avoiding mass produced plastic castor cups which tend to break up with continued use, and also look cheap.

Please note if plated option is selected, we need to make a tiny unobtrusive hole in the centre of the base in order to suspend in plating tank.
