20th Century : Central Lions massque with serpent ring.

SNAKE RING
Diam. 165mm. (6 1/2"")

LION MASQUE BACKPLATE
Diam. 157mm. (6 3/16"")

Steel pivot pin.

Supplied with 3/8")mild steel threaded rod with hexagonal nut & washer. (Will need to be cut to length). For maximum door thickness 102mm (4").

Note: The hinge knuckle on the reverse of the backplate will require a rebate cut into the timber to accommodate it. Width 24mm (15/16") x Height 24mm (15/16") x Depth 19mm (3/4") and acts as a limiter to prevent over-enthusiastic operation and prevents theft.

A very solid, hand-made heavy duty door knocker weighing 2.25 kg. with interesting crisp animal / reptile character features.
