Product Description

19th Century : Polished Maplewood and brass mechanical maid bell lever.

Diam. of flange 75mm. (2 15/16")
Diam. of insert drum 59mm. (2 5/16")
Depth of insert drum 21mm. (13/16")
Centre of Maplewood rosette to furthest edge of Maplewood knob 93mm. (3 11/16")

There is a cable fixing screw on the internal drum to connect a bell cable.

Originals copied from an early period house in Northamptonshire. (One either side of the drawing room fireplace).

A similar model can be viewed in the study in Charles Darwin's House, Kent. (English Heritage).

Note : Wire bell cables and wall fixing screws not supplied.
