Product Description

18th Century : Oval door knob with intricate cartouche and secret fixing plate supported on flared reeded lotus leaf column and laurel wreath backplate.

Option : Four 3/4 inch No.6 countersunk steel screws.

1 x No. plain 8mm (5/16") square steel spindle supplied per pair or if odd numbers ordered.

Height including backplate 48mm. (1 7/8")

KNOB
65mm. (2 9/16") x 44mm. (1 3/4")

BACKPLATE
Diam. 50mm. (1 15/16")

SPINDLE
Length to suit maximum door thickness 76mm (3")

A discreet threaded disc inside the base permits the backplate to be screwed tight, allowing the knob to turn without any visible fixings.

Note: there is no return spring on this model. Please be sure that the lock mechanism contains a sprung return in order that the knobs reposition themselves to horizontal position. Or alternatively tick box if a fitted concealed self-return spring required at additional £40.00
