Product Description

18th Century : Flat plate escutcheon with chamfered edges.

Option : Two 1/2 inch No.14 colour-matched brass escutcheon pins.

OUTSIDE
Height 44mm. (1 3/4")
Width 71mm. (2 13/16")
Thickness (variable) 1mm. (1/16")

KEYHOLE
Height 16mm. (5/8")
Diam. of hole 6mm. (1/4")
Width at narrowest part of neck 4mm. (3/16")
Width at base of taper 6mm. (1/4")

Original would have had shallow chamfered edges. Castings may require sharpening up with a needle file.

Note: this plate is thin.
