 COPY MATCHING, BESPOKE AND PRODUCTION RUNS IF YOU HAVE AN ORIGINAL OR PATTERN:
If you are fortunate enough to have an original pattern, we can mould from it and copy-cast exactly, colour-matched and patinated to duplicate. The original need not be metal but it should be of firm nature (fabric for instance is not suitable). Allow 2-4% shrinkage.
For us to provide an initial estimate, we will require by email:
1) Digital images of the object to be copied (please do not send images by fax because they come through black and unclear).
2) Measurements
3) Quantity required
If the estimate seems acceptable, we will later require the object itself in order to provide a formal quotation prior to commencing any work.

If you do not have an original pattern, we can provide a quotation for modelling a pattern prior to moulding and casting.
For us to provide a quotation, we will require by email / post:
1) An accurate specification drawing
2) Quantity required
3) If available, digital images or pictures of the object.

 Production runs PRODUCTION RUN ENQUIRIES:
If the quantity reaches an optimum level, we can tool up differently, and significantly reduce the cost of traditional small order production. To determine an optimum level, we will require the following information before quoting:
